With more than 15 years of experience in human resources management at some of Orange County’s most prestigious businesses, Amira has a well-earned reputation for fairness, accountability and understanding. Her dedication to helping both employers and employees navigate through ever-changing procedures, laws, and training courses is unmatched, and her commitment to assisting others is unwavering.
Throughout her career, Amira has administered sexual harassment training, managed all aspects of hiring and training new employees, conducted workplace investigations, and developed employee handbooks and personal time off programs. She is known for her friendly open-door policy, and has organized all employee activities and events.

Amira’s earned her Environmental Analysis and Design, BA, with a minor in Epidemiology and Public Health, from the University of Irvine, CA. Amira also studied at Oxford University in England and Belgium’s Antwerp University. At Pepperdine University in California, she earned her MBA, and, in 2019, was awarded Loyola Law’s Loyola Center for Conflict, Mediation Training Certificate.
