  • With over 10 years of experience practicing law, Lisa conducts impartial workplace investigations for public, private and non-profit sector employers. Finding genuine satisfaction in untangling complex issues, Lisa investigates a wide variety of workplace complaints ranging from high level executive conflict to artificial intelligence/AI matters. With years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, Lisa uses trauma-informed investigation techniques, a unique asset for clients dealing with matters of sexual assault, discrimination and retaliation.

    Lisa provides On-Demand HR services to our larger corporate clients and advises on federal, state and local employment law compliance, including California’s Family Rights Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act and Americans with Disabilities Act. She counsels clients in other areas of employment law such as wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodation, workplace violence protection and risk analysis associated with employee discipline and terminations.

    Lisa lives in Napa, CA with her husband and two teenagers. She enjoys playing tennis, gardening, cooking, traveling and hanging out with her canine children.
