  • With more than 20 years of executive experience as an in-house legal and human capital expert, Niosha uses her business acumen and knowledge of corporate environments to provide clients with a cost-effective alternative over law firms and consultancy firms. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, workplace investigations, discrimination and harassment, government agency claims and audits, diversity programs, training, employment litigation and audits, and compensation. Niosha uses her employment law background, coupled with her HR expertise, in helping companies both prevent and resolve employment claims without resorting to litigation.

    Prior to her in-house legal career, Niosha defended against individual and class action claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, and unpaid wages, on behalf of her clients, most of which were Fortune 500 companies.

    Throughout her career, Niosha has conducted, or assisted with hundreds, of workplace investigations, including those involving harassment (bullying), and sexual harassment, embezzlement, toxic/poisoned work environment, discrimination, retaliation and other types of misconduct (theft, fraud, breach of confidentiality and fiduciary duty). Most recently, Niosha has investigated complex matters with multiple and anonymous complainants/respondents and reciprocal complainants, in highly toxic environments. She has conducted multiple trainings nationwide on Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace and has trained hundreds of human resources professionals in conducting workplace investigations.
